•  Reviewed schedule.  Chris P. think we are on track, although large amount of work looming.
• Harvard never responded to my request to join us.  We expect probes from them this week.  They are working frantically to get things to us on our timeline.
• Still deciding what to put on mRNA arrays; should know by Friday this week.

CANON

•  Nitrate is incredibly low right now, so we will force-fire the full phase so the WCR can be ready when things become interesting.  Prediction is that nitrate will start coming up later in this week.  Should start blowing this PM.  Trigger's now set for 9umole, then 15 umole.  We hope to better coordinate with LRAUV on Thursday/Friday for front following.

Reagent Progress

• Bill has been testing ethanol in the diluent to keep crystals from forming.  Looks like we get a little over a two cycle shift in Ct's (worse) than Qiagen.  We will not be using ethanol.
